Service Desk Technician

Clear Concepts is currently looking for adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate individuals to develop enthusiastically satisfied clients. Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Troubleshooting and resolving client IT problems

  • Frequent client communication using, phone, email, chat, and in person.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Certified IT/Technical Training Program and/or related work experience (current Microsoft Certificates preferred)
  • MS Office 365 Administration and Configuration
  • Extensive knowledge of PC configuration and a Microsoft networking environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows 7 & 8, Windows 2003/08/12 Server, Exchange (Hosted and On Premise), and the Office 2010, 2013, Office 365 suite of applications is required
  • Good understanding of WAN communications (DSL, VPN, Routers)
  • Extensive knowledge of the TCP/IP suite of protocols.
  • Good understanding of leading virtualization technologies from VMware and Microsoft
  •  Familiar with Android, Blackberry, and iPhone iOS
  • Available to work Monday through Friday as well as occasional evenings and weekends

Qualifications

Inside Sales Representative

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing ongoing phone support and administrative assistance to the sales and management team
  • Liaise professionally and directly with the clients in order to identify and resolve their needs
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Supply quotes to clients in a timely and effective manner
  • Order flow including – quoting, ordering, escalation, backorders, follow-up, returns, etc
  • Ensure that orders are expertly expedited through the system
  • Liaise with Administrative, Technical and Operations departments in order to provide smooth order flow and successful resolution of customer demands
  • Resolve any order-related problems using tenacity, persistence and professionalism
  • Maintain and develop a high level of knowledge of new technology and Clear Concept's solution offerings
  • Back-up phone receptionist

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • A proven history of Client Satisfaction activities
  • Understanding the needs of small and medium business/organizations is necessary
  • Knowledge of computer product technology
  • Attention to accurate detail and a team player
  • Experience working in the technology industry would be beneficial
  • Post-Secondary education would be an asset

Experience:

IT Services Account Manager

The Account Manager will sell Information Technology (computer) services and products to assigned prospects and accounts. The primary focus of the Account Manager is outside sales, where penetration and coverage of accounts is required at a strategic level.

As Account Manager, you will work proactively to secure new clients, and maintain and develop an existing customer base. You will be expected to professionally represent Clear Concepts in presentations and briefings, conduct demonstrations and prepare proposals. You must be able to effectively position Clear Concepts and present a strong value proposition to clients. As a successful Account Executive, you will build on your entrepreneurial spirit and will be expected to regularly meet or exceed sales targets.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Selling IT service offerings and business IT product solutions
  • Regularly meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prioritizing activities and territory management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability, including developing Strategic Account Plans
  • Negotiating with clients and partners
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships at decision maker levels
  • Preparing written proposals; delivering oral presentations to customers and other stakeholders
  • Setting and executing account strategy
  • Providing accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activities
  • Diligently using, maintaining and updating customer information
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Information Technology industry
  • Demonstrated ability to close B2B professional services solutions
