Business award winners announced The winners of the Manitoba Business Awards were announced yesterday evening. The awards program, organized by the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce, included the presentation of previously announced Lieutenant Governor's Awards for Contribution to the Community. The individual award was presented posthumously to Harold Buchwald. The business award went to MTS Allstream. In the Business Categories the recipients were: Outstanding Large Business: HudBay Minerals Inc. Outstanding Medium Business: Tribal Councils Investment Group of Manitoba Ltd. Outstanding Small Business: Clear Concepts Outstanding Manitoba Ambassador: Winnipeg Airports Authority
